Deposit Policy
For bulk orders, 50% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 50% balance is paid before shipment.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom hats?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design. The exact MOQ may vary depending on hat style, material, logo technique, and packaging requirements.
Can you provide free design or mock-up support?
Yes. You can send us your logo, artwork, or idea, and our team can help create a free digital mock-up before sampling or production.
How long does custom hat production take?
Sample production usually takes 7–10 days. Bulk production normally takes 15–25 days after approval, depending on order quantity and customization details.
What are my sample options before a bulk order?
1. Standard Sample: Pay sample fee + shipping fee. We’ll send you the physical sample.
2. Photo/Video Confirmation: Place bulk order ( 300 pcs+ ). We’ll make a free pre-production sample and send photos/videos for your approval before production.
3. Hybrid Option: Place bulk order ( 300 pcs+ ). Free sample — just pay about $50 for express shipping to get the physical hat for approval before bulk production.
Why do you charge me a sample fee?
For labels, patches, and printing, we need a designer and a sample mold — which costs money. Other factories also charge this fee, they just don’t show it.
Can I get photos or videos of my hats during production?
Absolutely! We will send you photos or videos of the key stages, such as the embroidery process and final packing.
